Job Description:

Please find below the details of the requirement. We need "Officer Fire & Rescue" for Oil & Gas Sector (On Site) across UAE.

• Train the newly hired fireman in the use of Basic Fire Fighting 1, SCBA Donning and Doffing, RTA Extrication, and Rope Rescue 1.
• Documented all the activities and corrective actions taken on the scene, accidents or injuries, and ways to improve safety on future incident
• Trains company personnel, Security and other staff in the use of firefighting equipment.
• Performs fire prevention drills on the company area to ensure the safety of all.
• Inspect all firefighting equipment around company premises to ensure functionality at all times.
• Inspect all hot work, confined space and working at height prior to permit issuance.
• Performs fire prevention drills on the company area to ensure the safety of all.
• Encoding and issuing of Hot work permit & confined space entry permit.
• Document both safe and unsafe acts, corrective actions taken on the scene, accidents or injuries, and ways to improve safety on future incidents

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria
• Certificates should be NFPA or equivalent.
• 6 years’ experience (2-3 years’ on the field)
• NFPA 1021 Fire Officer 1+2
• NFPA 1031 Fire Inspector 1
• NFPA 472 HAZMAT Operations
• NFPA 1041 Fire Instructor 2
• NFPA 1006 Rescue Technician – Confined Space/Rope/Vehicle
• Must have Light Vehicle License

Location
• Will be assigned in different locations across UAE
