Job description / Role

Regular travel would be required within UAE.

Apply today to join our Administration team as Office Fleet Services, based out of Abu Dhabi you would be entrusted to monitor and control the daily operations in assigned Fleet Services Office by the Outsourced Partner, ensure effective maintenance, repair and servicing of all official company vehicles as well as achieve full utilization of all outsourced drivers in the Section in accordance with the contract, while maintaining highest quality standards and practice. Monitor the operations of the outsourced partner and assists the Section Heads in complying their transportation requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversees and manages Fleet Services functions and plan/implement the best techniques for closely monitoring the operations of all vehicles in their respective regions
- Maintains effective liaison with Fuel vendors for any discrepancies and reconciliation of the statement of Fuel and report to the Finance for the payment .
- Monitors the safety and maintenance of all vehicles to ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet
- Reviews and approves the time cards for the outsourced drivers submitted by the outsourced partner every month
- Reviews and approves the invoices received from the outsourced partner like Drivers Invoices, Traffic Fines,
- Management Fees, Maintenance Fees & Registration Renewal Fees etc.
- Manages the allocation of vehicles to different sections to achieve efficient utilization of vehicle fleet.
- Implements quality service, safety standards & procedures in the workshop floor to ensure conformity with established rules & directives.
- Render Fleet support services for all departments such as transportation of generator sets, versa towers, etc. as required by the various departments in all Regions.
- Maintains effective Liaison with sales Department for the door to door distribution of the devices and prompt delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinates closely with all Section Heads for their transportation requirements & to facilitate all their official travels by road.
- Allocating the outsourced drivers to the sections wherever considered as obligatory.
- Ensures prompt registration of new vehicles & re-registration of existing fleet in accordance with UAE traffic rules and policies.
- Provides feedbacks and necessary inputs for the preparation of the region’s capital, admin. & operating budgets
- Provides professional direction to the outsourced staff, evaluates their performance, carries out necessary counseling to ensure acceptable level of performance.
- Maintain complete filling system to all documents related to Fleet Services Operations in their respective regions.
- Monitors the safety and maintenance of all vehicles to ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet.
- Ensure all vehicles are serviced promptly before the due date.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Vehicle Maintenance or Automobile Engineering.
- Applicants have to have Motor Trade Apprenticeship or related training.
- 4 years experience in coordinating & supervising work activities of the Motor Pool
- Workshop or Transport Office in a large & reputable Transport Company.
