Job description / Role
Brief Description:
• Managing acquisition of eLife, postpaid and other products through designated reseller’s accounts.
• To conceive new Strategic Projects and to drive the completion of the same by coordinating with other departments to fulfill the requirements
• Introduce new projects to the channel partners by clarifying Features advantages and benefits and driving the execution and implementation of the same
• Drive the execution and productivity enhancement of the existing implemented projects in the CS channel
• Ability to draft memos for implementation of new commission related proposals, process changes
• Design & maintain reports for tracking & improving sales performance, project performance and quality of sales, and other qualitative indices using Excel, SQL,
• Provide various data points to assist the filed execution teams, which will enable them to track &achieve daily/monthly /yearly target.
• Preparation of Business cases along with Pricing team
• To scan the consumer fixed line market and the postpaid sim market both online and in the door to door space & tele sales space to pick up competitive actions an offers to consumer and commission changes to resellers and present the same internally to higher management .
• To prepare detailed analysis of channel performance, product level performance on volumes, ARPU, quality of acquisition’s etc
• Performs any other related duties, as required.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree with 3-4 years of experience in sales management.
