Offplan Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Offplan Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales for offplan properties and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets. You will leverage your expertise in the real estate market and your passion for customer service to enhance client relationships and maximize revenue streams. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for offplan properties.
- Lead, train, and guide the sales team to improve performance and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the company and its offerings.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Dubai real estate industry, specifically in offplan sales.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current trends.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that meet customer needs and drive sales performance.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
