Offshore Installation Manager - Leading Dubai Based O&G Company
One of our leading O&G clients is looking for an Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) position.
Job location: Dubai

- The position is permanent staff and not a contract position

Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Science, Engineering or High school qualification (technical subjects)
- Management of Major Emergencies / Crisis Management Certification (Mandatory requirement)
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Offshore Operations / Maintenance / Engineering
- Sound technical knowledge of the facilities, systems, equipment and processes
- Complete knowledge of the facility support service requirements as well as technical knowledge regarding the deliver-ability of the service
- Strong HSE background and regulatory knowledge regarding the implementation and/or compliance with the various policies and standards
- Awareness of legislative, statutory requirements relevant to the Installation
- Experience in managing a large workforce of 200 (two hundred) + personnel
- Experience in managing multi-functional groups and multi-national teams
Other Competencies / Skills / Others
- Strong leadership, management and decision making skills
- Strong team player and networking skills
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills – ability to address a large work force
