Main responsibilities

Recognize installed equipment class to start its relevant data collection accordingly.

Execute data collection and surveys independently without assistance.

Collect required drawings and documents required to perform assets registration.

Collect tags from drawings such as P&IDs, SLDs, F&G Loops, etc., and tabulate in Excel format for individual packages.

Collect important and mandatory information from data sheets and other technical documents like VDBs, MRBs, etc., to obtain specifications, attributes, etc.

Perform site surveys to manage physical verification of all the new equipment on site with respect to the P&ID and coordinate with the engineering team whenever updates are required in drawings.

Perform site surveys to obtain manufacturer and model details from tag plates of assets installed at sites.

Highlight observed deviations from drawings and documents as a result of site surveys.

Requirements

At least technical high school diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Piping, etc.).

1 to 2 years of experience in maintenance of oil and gas plants.

Good knowledge of Excel.

Additional information

The activities will start in June 2025 and will be performed at our office in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and oil and gas plants in the UAE.

The resource will stay on site for a maximum of 90 consecutive days, then return to the office in Abu Dhabi.

The contract duration will be 12 months, liable to extension for another 12 months.

The rotation will be resident with one month leave after one year in the UAE.
