Position Title: Oil trading Operator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Role:
• Management of operational relationships with suppliers, receivers, ship owners, brokers, agents, terminal operators, customs and other service providers
• Coordinating logistics and documentary requirements with each counterparty
• Arranging for inspection, sampling, and analysis of merchandise
• Preparation of contracts in conjunction with traders and legal department
• Invoicing in line with payment terms
• Insuring cargoes in line with Incoterms
• Data Management through IT System
• Fix Vessels and ensure smooth operations
• Draft financial instrument documents and liaise with the trade finance for the follow up
• Develop new commercial outlets for the Oil

Requirements

Requirements:
• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor or Master’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role in oil & gas
• Knowledge of the West and Central African market
• French speaker is a plus
• Strong communication skills and numerical literacy (Global Trade IT System, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong analytical background, accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
