Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Principal Functions:
- A pivotal role in interfacing with various business functions for onboarding new opportunities in the Security platform.
- Ensures HLD’s and proposals are translated to accepted LLD’s.
- Mentors the team of provisioning staff and ensures adherence to established processes.
- Interfaces with customer and ensures corrective delivery.
- Interfaces with Customer solutions Manager in business team and Solution Architect for delivery of mission critical projects.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains continuous engagement with multiple stakeholders from business and operations to define, agree and maintain engagement dynamics.
- Stays up-to-date with business roadmaps and anticipated pipelines, aligns internal stakeholders accordingly to ensure sufficient capacity.
- Lead and oversee the onboarding team by setting processes, guidelines for smooth execution of onboarding engagements.
- Review the team performance and quality of deliverables, develop improvement plans to ensure all shortcomings from team is addressed in an effective manner .
- Handle any escalations with due care ensuring affected stakeholders are well informed and customer satisfaction is upheld at all times.
- Establish pre agreed relations with supporting functions such as planning and capacity management to ensure timely delivery of project commitments.
- Oversee presale feasibility assessments, review and approve finalized SOW’s , and ensure the adherence to agreed SOW’s during project delivery.
- Develop competency enhancement training plans for the team, ensure team stays current with the relevant solutions, technologies and products.
- Develop and agree on Operation/Business onboarding OLA and KPI with interfacing functions, review performance metrics and violations and develop corrective actions.
- Engage with contracted partners and govern delivery of projects with periodic reviews.
