Onboarding Specialist - 6-12 Months

Job description / Role

We are seeking a Onboarding Specialist to join a well-established company in Dubai.

The candidate will be responsible for working closely with new hires to provide an excellent onboarding experience. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a background in HR and/or staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

- First point of contact for new employee and hiring manager from offer accept through onboarding.
- Comply with local government requirements in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the PRO team and have deep understanding of labour laws and visa processing across the GCC.
- Various administrative chores.

Requirements

- Prior experience managing the onboarding process
- Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic (Spoken/Written)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.
- Significant experience working in Middle Eastern markets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

This will be a staff based position with start as soon as possible.
