Job description / Role
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day product setup and merchandising on our SFCC platform.
- Curate category pages and product placements to support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and business goals.
- Collaborate with buying, marketing, and UX/UI teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand strategy.
- Analyze performance data (e.g., CTR, conversion, bounce rate) and implement A/B tests and merchandising improvements.
- Work with development and IT teams to ensure site enhancements and product launches are executed seamlessly.
- Optimize internal site search, filtering, and navigation to improve customer experience.
- QA site for broken links, missing images, and inconsistent product data.
- Maintain competitive awareness and benchmarking of merchandising best practices.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising; experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital commerce KPIs and user behavior analytics (Google Analytics, SFCC Reports, etc.).
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and web content management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Data-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
