Job description / Role

Operation and Production Officer up to 8k Aed for an Events Company in Dubai

- Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery
- Handing Operations, Quality Control, Safety and Health of the Team
- Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations
- Setting, communication and maintaining timelines and priorities every project
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Managing supplier relationship
- Providing leadership, motivation direction and support to your team .
- Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing events
- Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
- Communicate to the organizer for the approval of the designs
- Filing up the require services needed by the client to the organizer
- Follow up the organizer for the invoices for the service order

Requirements

- POSITION: Operation and Production Officer
- SALARY: up to 8,000 AED full package depending on qualifications and experience
- HIRING COMPANY: One of the biggest event management and design conceptualization company
- LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (2 weeks max)
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
- Open to ANY nationality
- Male or Female, 40 years old and below

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- At least 2 years of work experience as a production and operation officer or similar role
- Background in events management and design conceptualization is a MUST
- Must have good communication and management skills
