Operation Director (Real Estate Development)

Job description / Role

- Oversee daily operations to ensure all business activities align with strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Track and analyze key operational metrics to assess business performance and optimize workflows.
- Regularly submit operational reports to the management, providing data-driven recommendations for decision-making.
- Ensure all operational activities meet high standards of client service.
- Coordinate with sales and client relations teams to effectively address and resolve client inquiries and issues.
- Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- Provide regular financial reports, analyzing key data to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain and manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality services and supply chain stability.
- Conduct regular evaluations of vendor performance and explore new partnership opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with real estate industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential operational risks.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5 years of UAE experience in operations management, preferably within the real estate development sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
