Position Title: Operation Manager (Fit out and Joinery)

The hiring company is a well-known company for fit out, joinery, construction, scaffolding and interiors in the UAE.

Job Role:
- Commercial management experience related to estimation and procurement
- Handles Technical and Design Department
- Handles estimation, pretenders or pre awarding of projects
- Oversee coordination data between the commercial, design, procurement, and production department.
- Wide experience in joinery, carpentry, Furniture, and Interior Decoration

Requirements

- Open to Any nationals
- Male, 55 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree or any related courses
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Director or Operations Manager in the UAE with interiors or Fit out and joinery
- Experience with fit-out contractors is a must
- Must have a valid UAE Driving License
- Strong personality and ability to work with a multicultural workforce
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
