Position Title: Operations Admin
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is a prominent Business Set Up consultancy in Sharjah handling all type of licenses for businesses in the region
Job Role:
• Serve as the Point of Contact for PCPs
• In charge for the processing of the following: employment visa, change status, Visa Stamping, Cancellation, pre-approval, attestation request process, NOC, MOA/OA, license renewal including amendment process, and formation cancellation processing
• Update company application processing sheet such as renewal, formation cancellation, MOA, OA, pre-approval, NOC, and priority application)
• In charge of releasing of E-visa, change of status, NOC, attested documents and letters in Onbase
• External releasing of residence visa, cancellation, formation cancellation and immigration card (new and amendment)
• Import Zoho Concierge Opportunity daily and updating company details in Zoho CRM
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic and European nationality
• Female, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 2 years of similar experience
• Excellent communication skills and keen attention to details
• Ability to work on large volume of transactions
