Job description / Role
15k to 18k AED a month dependant on experience
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a small organization in Dubai as their operations administration manager, reporting to the owners you will be responsible for managing the administration function, the receptionist, but you will be also required to manage the paperwork process for their clients, this is a very hands on role as it is key you manage each client and ensure all their administration requirements are adhered to, it will involve visiting the clients ensuring all their paperwork is up to date, communicating next steps with management and collating all the confidential documents.

Requirements
- Western Educated
- 5 years administration experience 2 of which in a supervisory level, ideally experience of working for a small organization that you have assisted opening their offices, gaining visa's some understanding of this process, expansion projects, paperwork on visa applications, you will be an excellent communicator, team worker and have experience of working in a busy administration environment.
