Job description / Role
As the Operations Analyst you will be a key member of the operations team supporting them in data management activities, client reporting and problem resolution; you will also be working closely with customer support and various other operational teams to ensure the integrity of data systems.

Description
* Identify requirements by interviewing customers, analyzing operations, determining project/function scopes and documenting results
* Develop problem solutions using work flow charts and diagrams which effectively describe project/functional requirements, analyse alternative solutions
* Prepare system specifications and write programs for ERP implementation
* Develop estimates by identifying phases, elements, EMV requirements and costs
* Provide references for customers by writing documentation and providing required support
* Prepare reports by collating, analyzing and summarising information
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing publications, establishing personal networks and bench marking state-of-the-art industry best practices
* Assist with new business processes by working in sync with procurement, finance and business managers

Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in an operations monitoring role or as an operations analyst working as a part of a broader operations team
* A Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with strong stakeholder management capabilities
* Must have strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
* Ability to work alone with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
