Operations Analyst - After Sales

As the Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and timely support to the after sales support team. This position requires strong communication skills, exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a keen analytical mindset. Description

* Deliver timely, accurate and professional reports to key stakeholders, including part sales, inventory and service dashboards
* Conduct analysis on OEM price changes and ensure accurate pricing uploads in the ERP system
* Prepare budgets for the after sales business (parts, service, and training) and generate monthly rolling forecasts for parts
* Collaborate with parts and service teams to provide monthly sales variance commentary between actual and budget figures
* Assist in retrieving data from the Inventory Control System (ICS) and troubleshoot ERP-related queries
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of general ledger setup, chart of accounts and associated data within various ledgers for detailed financial analysis

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or relevant field, with an additional qualification in data analytics highly preferred
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in analytics and systems development
* Exposure to a dealership environment that sells a product and provides after sales support, service and training
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Power BI
* Desirable experience with SharePoint, possessing a detail-oriented, analytical mindset and ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
