Job description / Role
Our client, a leading gas company is currently looking for an Operations and Maintenance Manager who will handle the operation maintenance of the Clients systems and the company facilities and follow closely the client complaints.
Job Description:
• Monitor the activities of Operation and Maintenance department
• Prepare Yearly Department Forecast and Budget
• Accountable and responsible for the achievement of departmental forecast targets
• Follow Closely the Operation & Maintenance of VIP and Public Systems as Gas Distribution Network. Hotels and Restaurants
• Prepare Monthly Activity report, analyze the result and make corrective actions
• Review and approve daily work order and Material request
• Review, sign and submit for approval the Commissioning File for New Systems
• Supervise the Preliminary & Final Handing-over of Systems and coordinate with all other concerned process owners
• Review and Approve the Preventive Maintenance Schedule
• Review and Approve Offers for Up gradation job and/or system extension
• Review and Approve cost estimation for Maintenance Contracts
• Extend Assistance to Contract Manager and Project Managers.
• Review and Approve the Preventive Maintenance Schedule for Company Road Tankers. and Company Facilities
• Follow subcontracting Activity for Maintenance of Company Facilities such as Fire System. AC's and electricity etc.
• Follow TPI yearly inspections of systems and company road tankers and Renewal of NOC's.
• Supervise and Manage Emergency Duty.
• Adhere to the Company Emergency Plan
• Adhere to the EISE procedure
• Wear the mandatory safety gears when required.
• Follow- up and implementation of the relevant instructions and procedures mentioned in Quality Management Manual and other related
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Must have gas industry experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Maintenance Operations
• Must have experience in Preventive Maintenance activities
• Must have experience in reviewing cost estimation for maintenance contracts
• Must have experience in gas installation/commissioning
• Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics
• Excellent communications skill both written and verbal
• Good leadership skills
