Operations Assistant

Job description / Role

“A well-established Shipping Company, based in Fujairah U.A.E., operating of oil/chemical tankers is seeking for an Operations Assistant.

Job Description
• Monitoring the day to day operations of all the vessels.
• Co-ordination and follow up various day to day operations of the vessels.
• Monitoring operations related records from vessels are filled appropriately, and copies sent ashore promptly
• Maintenance of filing of Operations Department.

Requirements

• Candidates must be Female.
• Diploma/College Education in Marine, Logistics or any relevant field.
• Good communication and verbal skills..
• No experience is welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Candidates having previous experience in Marine Industry will be an advantage
