Job description / Role
A leading YACHT RENTAL COMPANY is looking for a OPERATIONS and SALES COORDINATOR.
Operations duties
• To ensure yachts are in good condition, through weekly inspections and maintenance logbook control and arrange the necessary ordinary and extraordinary maintenance works with captains and follow up on it.
• To maintain yacht inventories, ensuring adequate stock of beverages, soft drinks and/or other supplies is maintained (including related online purchases)
• To manage online store: order merchandise and organize the resale process- To handle specific tasks assigned from Management or from BDM.
• To ensure smooth customer journey: face situations and find out solutions.
Sales Coordination
• To manage customer’s journey from the booking confirmation to the on-time departure (correct location, correct yacht, correct package)
• To manage customer’s relationship, asking for feedback and inviting them to rate us on different platforms
• To assist Sales Coordinator with Daily Enquiries
• To ensure smooth customer journey: face situations and find out solutions.
• Promptly pick up phone calls, from customers and management
• To complete any ad hoc task that might be assigned to you.
Salary:
• AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
• Bachelor degree, preferably in communication, business or languages
• Networking and interpersonal skills
• Organizational, Problem Solving skills
• MS Excel
• Customer Service orientation
• Experience in Logistics and Trading
