Job description / Role
Charterhouse is currently working with a global Consumer Brand who is looking to hire a highly organised and results-driven Operations Coordinator to support their EMEA Business Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background, particularly having worked within a fast-paced environments.
This role will play a key part in providing high-level operational and administrative support to the EMEA Operations leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of cross-functional coordination tasks that support strategic initiatives and promote effective collaboration across regional markets.
Key responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, managing complex travel logistics, preparing professional documentation and reports, and supporting ongoing communications across regional stakeholders. The Operations Coordinator will also assist in the planning of board meetings and internal events, as well as contributing to the preparation of data reports.
The position also serves as a central point of contact between market-level operations leads and the EMEA Business Unit, ensuring a consistent flow of information and timely follow-up on key activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to take the next step in a global organisation, gaining broader exposure and contributing to high-impact projects.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 4–5 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally supporting teams in multinational or regional operations.
The successful candidate will be confident in handling complex schedules, managing international travel logistics, and working with senior stakeholders. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, as is the ability to create clear, engaging communications.
The applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, UAE work experience will be an advantage for this role. In character, the ideal candidate should be positive and proactive with a friendly approach, a strong team player yet self-sufficient and the ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
