Operations Coordinator

Job description / Role

• Manage supplier sourcing, qualification, communication, and follow ups (local and international).
• Prepare costing sheets, quotations, and handle LPO processing.
• Oversee sampling, production progress, shipments, goods receipt, and quality checks in Dubai.
• Maintain product catalogs, support product development, and assist with client visits and sample approvals.

• 2–4 years’ experience in hotel supply, hospitality products, or procurement
• Hindi-speaking mandatory
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Driving license advantageous
• Research and develop new product samples.
• Qualify and onboard new suppliers.
• Maintain a catalog of new product ranges.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
