About the Client:
A well-established Energy business under a strong group of company, promoting green renewable energy based in Dubai

Job Description:
• Be the primary contact point of assigned customers or fleet and be responsible for the customer relationship, overall contracts performance.
• Manage customers, including warranty obligations, service agreements, and spare parts and services orders to drive customer satisfaction and meet expectations with respect to safety, quality, and delivery.
• Develop and implement execution plan to achieve contract profitability
• Manage orders plans, safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin, cash flow, and risks.
• Communicate goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities as required internally within GE.
• Collaborate with internal GE functions and business entities to manage service orders and activities.

Requirements

Position Title: Operations & Development Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:
• Male, 28 to 45 years old
• At least 3 years’ experience as an Operations Manager from energy business sector within MENA region
