Job description / Role
One of the most loved and prestigious Restaurant groups in Dubai is looking for an experienced Operations Director. The company manage a collection of independent high end and casual award winning concepts across the GCC region. We would require a minimum of around 15 years of experience directly involved in Restaurant Operations, most recently in multi site management involved with a variety of brands/cuisines.
You would be working directly with the senior company directors and the owner, as well as having excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
Salary 50 - 60K
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be truly passionate about the industry as well as having in depth knowledge of the market. From this knowledge being able to strive towards clarity, solutions and strategic decision making.
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, flexibility and ability to multi-task within a fast-moving environment.
International experience is a must and unfortunately at this time we will not be accepting applications from people from Hotel backgrounds.
Local Experience will be ideal for the role; however, the role is open for international candidates (Europe, Asia, North America, and Australia).
