Operations Director - Sports Academy

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Director to lead and oversee all operational aspects of our prestigious Sports Academy in the UAE and Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership skills, a passion for sports development, and a proven track record of managing complex operations to drive excellence and growth in our academy.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the academy's growth and success.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of coaches, trainers, and support staff to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all academy activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance the academy's visibility and attract new talent.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial planning to optimise operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community organisations.
- Analyse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the academy's standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management within the sports or education sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sports training programs, athlete development, and facility management.
- Proven ability to lead large teams, manage multiple projects, and drive organizational change.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to the dynamic sports industry.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Passion for sports and commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive sporting environment.
