Role Summary:
The Operations Excellence leader will manage the optimization of processes across the MENATI region for BHGE. He/She will work horizontally across the Product Companies to align and optimize processes and define a common set of KPIs to ensure Business growth. He/She will enable to Operations Support team to engage with key Business Stakeholders deliver on Targets and Priorities established by the team.

Essential Responsibilities:
The Operations Excellence Leader will be responsible for:
- Ownership of the Operations Support process for the MENATI region
- Creation of a unified and competent procurement organization, set up for success
- Establishing a set of internal and external KPIs to adequately measure the health of the business
- Develop long term strategy for Indirect procurement savings using all available resources
- Enable visibility to impact Operations Support team activities on each Product Company and GeoMarket
- Execute on Indirect Sourcing synergy and savings targets
- Develop Operations Excellence playbook for the region
- Work to ensure processes are compliant to BHGE requirements and gaps are highlighted to the leadership team
- Support the Regional Integration team with setting Synergy targets and reporting on progress
- Communicate clearly and effectively to Key Business Stakeholders demonstrating the value add
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
- Willingness and ability to travel to required GE sites and suppliers.
- Experience in supply chain and manufacturing operations with proven track record of results using Lean methodologies
