Position Title: Operations Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A prominent business set up consultancy agency catering to businesses in different industries all across UAE.
Job Role:
• Liaises with clients and acts as a legal advisor regarding their enquiries; face-to-face, or via email on issues such as WPS, trade license applications, renewals and expiry.
• Provides support to the Operations team.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, expediting work results
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, and budgetary and personnel requirements, implementing changes
Requirements
Requirements:
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
• Open to Arabic candidates
• A graduate of any relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in UAE Labor law and is update on all local regulations
• Excellent written and oral and communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Industry knowledge will be an added advantage
• Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local government agencies
• Great organizational & Administration skills
• Must be proficient in a wide range of processing business set-up
