Operations Executive

Job description / Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Department.
- Maintaining records and filing systems.
- Resolving administrative challenges by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- Coordinating with Public Relations Officers to assign tasks.
- Updating daily team tasks and closing daily reports.
- Taking a lead role in building a strong team culture and coaching team members.
- Ensuring all the applications were processed through the ERP system and logged in Zoho CRM.
- Ensuring that monthly reports will be submitted on time.

To join our team you will have:

- Bachelors Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
- Experience in operations within a business setup, company formation, or corporate services is essential
- Excellent knowledge of Freezone and mainland requirements.
- Previous leadership experience
- Previous ERP system and Zoho CRM knowledge.
- Passion for achieving results and exceeding targets
- Initiative and commitment, able to manage clients independently
- Exceptional communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Currently based in UAE.
