Overview of the Role

The Operations Executive will provide essential operational and administrative support to the Sales Executives, Sales Coordinators, and the Showroom team. The role ensures efficient management of vehicle movements, registration formalities, and showroom stock requirements. The incumbent will also coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to support business operations in line with Al-Futtaim policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

You will be working closely with the Stock & Pricing Manager and the wider Automall Retail team. The role demands close collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and other operational functions to ensure smooth day-to-day activities and compliance with internal standards.
