Overview of the Role

To provide strong support to the Operations team and customers while optimizing SAP usage in daily activities to ensure complete system integrity. To complete administrative tasks with accuracy and within the designated timeframe, and to submit reports promptly.

What You Will Do

• Offer high-level support and commercial contact to our customers. Fully understand our SLA/KPI requirements and ensure a customer-centric mindset is maintained at all times.
• Maximize SAP in all day-to-day activities to maintain system integrity and exceed customer service level expectations.
• Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with all internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication and diplomacy are essential to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Identify areas requiring improvement and develop plans to rectify shortfalls and implement accordingly.
• Provide direct support and assistance to Auto Units Supervisors and Transport Planners. Complete cross-training for all Auto Units departments and have knowledge of the full supply chain process.
• Prepare daily reports for prompt submission to Operations Manager (SNA Update, PDI Feed, Daily KM Report).
• Provide or update system entries (UL creation, shipment/delivery creation, binning location updates, etc.) when required.
• Ensure that offline employees are made aware of company advertisements and promotions, as well as announcements and notices from top management. These shall then be posted promptly on the notice board and updated regularly.
• Perform record-keeping (meeting minutes) and clerical tasks (filing) as necessary.
• Offer high-level support to the Operations Manager/Operations Supervisor in the preparation of incident reports for submission to top management or other departments.

Required Skills to Be Successful

• Strong knowledge and experience in transport planning and warehousing.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel skills.
• Analytical in thought and practice.
• SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.

About the Team

The role will report to the Senior Operations Manager and you will be working in a busy warehouse environment in Kizad / Abu Dhabi wherein you will be dealing directly with multiple senior stakeholders.

What Equips You for the Role

• 2 years within a similar role (transport planning, warehousing) or at least 5 years work experience in the field of business, with training certifications relevant to the position.
• Results-oriented with decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility and willingness to multi-task.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment.
