Overview of the role

We’re seeking an Operations Executive to manage end to end ordering for Cars, Motorcycles (MC), and Power Products (PP). You’ll drive accurate order placement, keep planning and pricing sheets current, coordinate across Sales, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Finance, and prepare periodic business reports. It’s a role for a detail driven, analytical collaborator who enjoys making processes run smoothly.

What you will do

• Order management & coordination: Submit and track orders across Cars, Motorcycle, and Power Products using internal ordering platforms; maintain order sheets; support Sales by downloading and sharing bookings; coordinate approvals for Power Products orders.
• Planning & forecasting: Update planning sheets; prepare mid month forecasts for Motorcycle, Power Products, and Cars; coordinate continuous improvement updates including relevant operating reviews.
• Cross functional support: Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of order related activities; support incentive calculations for service contracts.
• Tracking & reporting: Track product arrivals and update arrival sheets; prepare and submit 10 day and monthly reports; upload subsidy related submissions as required.

Required skills to be successful

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Operations or a related field.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with internal documentation and note systems.
• Strong data accuracy and consistency, problem solving, process orientation, time management, and team collaboration.
• 2–3 years in a similar operations or ordering role, ideally within automotive or allied products.

About the team

You will report to the Operations and Demand Planning Manager and partner closely with Sales, Logistics, and Finance. The environment is collaborative, fast paced, and outcomes focused, with a shared commitment to timely submissions, compliant approvals, and accurate reporting.
