We are seeking an Operations Executive to join a strong team of people, supporting our client, an international family office, globally. Based from home, but attending meetings, when required, the role supports the breadth of the Operations spectrum, including HR, Finance, Legal and the full overall administrative function. Reporting to the Operations Director, the role will be heavily research based and candidates must be able to coordinate projects and manage timelines effectively. As part of a small team, you will be willing and capable of getting involved in a spectrum of tasks and projects, to help drive investment and development forward internationally.
The key elements of the role are multi-faceted, and you will be able to pivot quickly as priorities change. Key responsibilities will include, supporting the HR and legal function, with employee contracts, NDA’s and day to day HR oversight and legal administration; Finance support with invoicing, managing suppliers and contractors and all payments; project coordination and research, database updates and significant reporting into the Operations Director.
Requirements:
For this role, our client is looking for an individual who has had exposure to smaller, boutique organisations, where they have been involved across a wide spectrum of the business, someone keen to learn and develop further. UAE experience is vital for this role, and excellent communication skills in English, ideally with a degree from a European, North American, or Australian University.
A multi-tasker, who ‘gets things done’, maintaining a professional, flexible attitude and approach no matter the subject matter and excellent research and analytical skills, common sense and negotiation acumen are vital, plus a commitment to managing confidential matters with discretion, understanding and appropriateness.
Team spirit is important to our client, and they need a warm, hospitable, positive and empathetic, nature, whilst also bring able to maintain professional boundaries with colleagues.
