Operations Executive/Business Development

Job description / Role

We are recruiting this candidate for a role in a new e-commerce company based in Al Mina, Dubai. This e-commerce company will be dealing in office supplies, school supplies, pantry supplies and cleaning supplies. We are launching in a few days and target customers are households and offices in Dubai. The warehouse is in Al Quoz Industrial Area 1.

- Support staff in all functions wherever and whenever there is an overload.
- The operations executive could be asked to help the warehouse manager or the customer service executive or any other staff
- Admin/PRO/Marketing work
- Half a day spent in outdoor sales visiting offices-warehouses-shops
- Compensation is AED 3,250/month
- Salary can be increased in the future based on company performance.
- Performance based bonus of 1 month salary is applicable if the annual sales target is met by the team

Salary:
AED 3,200 to 3,300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- The operations executive will be based at the office in Al Mina area from Saturday- Thursday 8:30am-6:00pm.
- This person could be asked to even work from the warehouse at times.
- Relevant industry experience (e commerce/fmcg/trading) is a plus
- Location of candidate preferably already in Dubai, UAE
- Probation period 6 months

Basic Requirements:
- Sales/Operations/Admin Background
- Minimum 1 year of prior work experience in a similar role
- Driving License and Car is a plus
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from an accredited college (Attested degree certificate will be required)
- English speaking
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and comfortable with using technology
- Reference letter from previous employer would be a plus
