Job description / Role
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• To manage all the Merchandiser category outsourced resources effectively and assists them.
• Day to Day coordination for the relevant Operational issues faced by the merchandisers and solving them.
• Reply to all e-mail and phone calls on the same day\To handle deployments effectively and share the details with CSE for billing.
• Monthly time card collection verification and submitting to the accounts and there after sending to the client for invoicing purpose.
• Processing the required documents for the deployment of the merchandisers in various outlets including OHC.
• Leave management, Leave replacement and End of deployment in CMS System.
• Taking induction of the new employees, sharing the induction affirmation and sending welcome kit
• Support other departments with necessary information for attendance punching and pay roll.
• Taking prior approval from different department for arranging the cash required for Badge/PORF.
• Collection and Verification of the bills submitted by the employees and routing them to the accounts department.
• Updating & Management of all MIS and sending reports on a regular basis.
• Follow up on the visa, Emirates id and labor card status of the new joiners and existing employees.
• Retail Outlet weekly visit plan.
• Maintain MIS for all retail clients.
• Timely renewal of Visa, Badge & Health card.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Holding valid UAE DRIVING LICENCE
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have staffing/outsourcing knowledge
• Good excel skills
• Retail operations experience will be an advantage
About the Company
The Dulsco story began in 1935 when Mohammed Khan Abdulla Mirza Abdulla, the father of the present Chairman of Dulsco, Abdul Aziz Mohammed Khan Abdulla, appointed some able-bodied men to row their dhows through the Dubai Creek to a British India Steam Navigation Company owned ship at anchor in the Arabian Gulf, and bring ashore its cargo of foodstuff and clothing. Our stevedoring service launched then is still one of the many services that we provide. We consider ourselves the oldest stevedoring company in Dubai.
By the 1970s and the opening of Port Rashid in Dubai, we were a full-fledged stevedoring company serving the port. We started providing more manpower services by the 80s and became one of the earliest human resource management companies in Dubai.
In the 90s we began providing manpower outsourcing services and later we added waste management and other services to our portfolio. In 2005, Dulsco became a limited liability company and expanded its services to include all the emirates and neighbouring Gulf countries and today is one of the foremost HR solutions provider and recruitment agencies in Dubai.
