Job description / Role
Action Zone is seeking an experienced Amusement & Entertainment Industry professional, with exceptional leadership skills and proven industry experience. The role will consist of managing and leading a team in the overall operations of our Family Entertainment Center, and frequenting all branches + competition to ensure optimal performance at all times. The person must optimize all stages of the operational chain and streamline all processes to achieve smooth and profitable performance, in close coordination with the art direction and marketing department.
Requirements
• Experienced in games, rides, event and facility operations.
• Leading teams, ensuring the safety of all guests & team members whilst making the guest experience truly memorable.
• Financial management with demonstrable experience in managing profit and loss.
• Promoting business best practice, with a focus on achieving the highest possible standards of service excellence.
• Managing pre-opening through to day to day site operations.
• Managing the procurement of materials, props and setup for all events and marketing campaigns in an efficient manner.
Soft Skills
• Sociable, dynamic, presentable and clever.
• Reliable, flexible, and adaptable.
• Organized, methodical and prioritizes.
• Microsoft office proficiency.
• Must be fluent in english. Arabic is a plus.
