Operations Graduate Trainee 2025

An internship at L'Oréal Middle East will allow you to gain a strong professional experience, learn and connect with the best in the industry! Come and join one of our operations teams for an 11-month assignment.

Principal Accountabilities:

You will be an integral part of one of our Operations teams to contribute to the synchronization of the data and projects management.

• Working with big volumes of data that includes both validation and analysis
• Analyzing the existing gaps in the processes and working towards improving efficiency and reporting details within the team
• Familiarity with BI tools and systems such as Power BI, SAP, and MS Office (Excel, Access...)
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Priority and stakeholder management skills
• Coordination of tasks - structured approach for project planning
• Forecasting/business planning experience is a plus

Program Requirements & Details

• You must be in your final year or a fresh graduate (less than a year)
• You must be available for at least 6 months starting January 2025
