Position Title: Operations Head - Shipping

About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe

Job Description:
• Direct and manage all aspects of vessel operations, including port calls, cargo handling, and husbandry services.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives with proper risk mitigation to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization such as wastage reduction
• Ensure adherence to international maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines

• Open to European and CIS nationals
• 45 years old and below
• Min 2 years’ experience as Ops head/Director/GM level in the industry of Shipping / Oil& Gas Shipping / Maritime Logistics

Salary:
AED 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
