Job description / Role
- Handle customer accounts: Process Orders/invoices
- Manage the flow of documents with factory/freight forwarder/customer: LCs/Certificates & others
- Handle inbound shipments into local warehouse
- Communicate through emails/phone/teams etc..
Requirements
- Well organized with a strong attention for details.
- Skilled with office (Outlook/excel)
- Knowledge with Netsuite a plus
- Willing to learn.
- English level: Fluent
- Second language a plus
- Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree
