Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Leading the strategy of Platinum Records, in line with the business targets.
• Play an active role in decision making process by submitting detailed reports about the working and financial pipeline of Platinum Records
• Manage the team projects and be responsible for researching the market and emerging trends in the music industry.
• Apply statistical data and analysis to make recommendations on where there is potential for growth or change and to advise on the strategy for growth.
• Analyze the position of Platinum Records and make recommendations on any changes to make in the structure or activities in order to achieve the business objectives.
• Review cost structures and operating models to identify areas of improvement
• Support the development of processes and structures and work with cross functional departmental teams to improve workflows/communications
• Analyze the existing client base or audience and current revenues, as well as identify potential opportunities and advise on any action that may be required to maximize further potential.
• Conduct operational analysis in support to improve information available for internal decision making

Requirements

• Previous experience in strategy consulting/corporate environment
• MBA or a degree in Business from a well reputed university
• Background in financial and business modeling
• Highly numerate and analytic
• Ability to present persuasively at a senior level
• Aptitude for planning and project management
• Excellent staff management skills.
