Job description / Role
NTS Group are working with a leading beauty/wellness group, based in Dubai who are actively seeking an operations manager to join their expanding team. The operations manager will be accountable for all areas of performance and operations of their designated brand and its respective outlets with the objective of meeting annual targets and budgets whilst ensuring the integrity of the brand at all times. The operations manager will be responsible for monitoring of employee deliverables to maximise business performance and deliver excellent operating standards in accordance with company values through effective teamwork and maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
The role will involve ensuring the day to day operations of all outlets adhere to the companies SOPS in alignment to the brand identity, ensuring efficiency and adhering to all SOPs for service quality assurance and customer service, visiting outlets regularly and providing a personalised service to clients and staff and proposing to the training department on best practices and trends and propose new initiatives and changes to improve the overall business.
You will also be involved controlling ongoing services and product margin analysis to ensure profitability, maximizing sales opportunities through creating a revenue generating culture and communicating to the team on a daily basis projected revenue targets, using information technology to record sales figures and for data analysis and forward planning, administer staff and client scheduling for maximum revenue generation and profitability and interpreting Financial Reports and providing expertise on (projected) Revenue vs. Expenses.
In terms of marketing, you will also focus on maintaining awareness of market trends and techniques in the beauty industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what local competitors are doing. You will coordinate with the Marketing Department and the Branch Supervisors to execute promotions and marketing initiatives to drive business, suggest ideas that will improve customer loyalty and provide input to the marketing department on organizing public relations, promotional and marketing events to drive customer visits and sales.
Requirements
To be successful, you will have a Bachelors degree in management (or equivalent) and at least 3-5 years’ experience in a managerial position either in the retail, hospitality or beauty industry and at least a years’ experience in the UAE market. You will furthermore possess excellent planning and organizing skills, superb verbal and written communication skills and technical knowledge within the beauty sector. A valid UAE drivers license is also essential for this role.
