Job description / Role
One of our clients, who is involved in large scale global project, have several roles available at varying managerial levels within their operations department. The department is responsible for drafting and implementing the strategy for the participants of the project and ensuring that all operations adhere to compliance requirements. The department is the main communicator and facilitator with participants and helps them understand the requirements of participation from the outset through to the launch of the project itself.
The role will ensure the project management and delivery of an excellent and seamless participant's operational journey in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to manage/support the design of the service delivery mechanism and lead the team to ensure a proper implementation and delivery of the project.
Requirements
To be considered for one of the roles, you should be Degree educated and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in strategic and operational planning. You should be able to demonstrate strong project planning, management and organization skills. You should also have a flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to rapid change. The successful candidate needs to possess fluent English verbal and written skills. Arabic would be an advantage. The roles are initially for a 6 month contract, however there may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent.
