Job description / Role
- Build and lead engagement and retention strategy across the branches.
- Recruit, coach and inspire a team of account managers who will build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with partners across the Middle East
- Work hand-in-hand with our key partners to drive growth and efficiency by drawing on all available data, insights and tools to help them take their businesses to the next level
- Partner with key internal stakeholders
- Prepare and give business reviews to senior management
- Skillfully manage multiple projects while embracing the fast pace of our company
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- Preferred who has an experience in transport industry
- Selected applicant must be available to join immediately
- Valid UAE Driving license is a MUST
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Ability to work efficiently and influence others, as well as a capacity to coach, develop and inspire a team
- Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment
