Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading global tyre manufacture who are looking to hire an Operations Manager to join their team in Dubai. As the Operations Manager you will report to the CEO and will support the functions of planning, warehousing & distribution, customer service and marketing ensuring development and implementation of the marketing strategy of the organisation.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage lead and manage teams for planning, warehousing & distribution, CRM and marketing, ensuring continuous process improvements. You will also analyse and evaluate the market and sales development while ensuring all customer requirements are met.
The successful candidate should have a bachelor or master’s Degree in business administration, marketing or economics (or similar education). 3-5 years’ experience is required in either, project/process management, marketing, sales, operations, logistics, multi-functional project lead experience or leadership experience team/project (depending on size of organisation). You should also be fluent in English and Arabic. Work experience within Middle East is desirable.
