Our client a leading multinational developers in the region is on a look out for an Operations Manager to manage one of their malls in UAE
As a Mall Manager you'll coordinate operation in large commercial facilities. Responsibilities include directing staff, collecting fees, solving complaints, overseeing maintenance, preparing financial reports, updating records, negotiating contracts, and approving marketing campaigns.
The most sought-after skills for this position are leadership, decision-making, conflict resolution, problem-solving skills, time management, negotiation, effective communication, and teamwork. Eligible resumes display at least a bachelor's degree and training in business administration and finance. Must have 10+ years of experience in managing operations of large retail or mall formats in GCC.
