About the Client:
The hiring company is a fast-growing food and beverage holding group that explores popular Middles Eastern, Mediterranean and International Flavours.
Job Role:
• Providing inspired leadership for the operation, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions
• Developing and implementing of operational policies and procedures
• Analysing and improving organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to European nationality
• Male, 30 -37 years old
• Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field/Hospitality or Catering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role preferably in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
• Must have experience in Western/American Restaurant style – dining, menu, etc.
• Strong experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics
• Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software
• Key skills – hardworking, decision-maker, result-oriented, creativity, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
