Position Title: Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
A highly respected group in the coffee sector, based in Abu Dhabi, known for it's high quality coffee brands, servicing both retail and luxury outlets across the region.
Job Description:
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Work with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the same role and industry
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership is a must
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
