About the Client:
An established fit-out service provider and contracting firm to the F&B and hospitality industry in UAE.

Job Description:
- Oversee pre-contract commercial activities and project management sections to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful project delivery.
- Utilize a strong understanding of construction management principles to guide project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Exercise commercial awareness in managing budgets, optimizing financial performance, and achieving cost-effective operations across projects.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships, ensuring consistent communication and addressing client needs.
- Lead teams effectively by setting strategic goals, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and objectives.

- Open to Arabic nationalities
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s in Interior Designs or related field
- At least 10 years of UAE experience in interiors and fit-out companies
- Must be knowledgeable in commercial, contracts, financial and fitout operation
- Preferably with valid UAE driver’s license
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
