Operations Manager

Job description / Role

Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an Operations Manager to be based in Dubai .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day commercial activities of pharmaceutical operations within the assigned region.
- Ensure product availability in key accounts to drive sales and marketing.
- Responsible for distribution and warehouse management.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Stay updated on the industry trends and innovations.

- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Science is a must. A Master's Degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 - 20 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Proven work experience as an operation manager in the UAE.
- Strong sales expertise in pharmaceutical products.
- Proven experience in P&L.
