Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our retail furniture operations across the UAE.
Responsibilities include overseeing all financial operations, developing strategies, and identifying opportunities.
- Create and implement strategic plans that align with the company's objectives
- Work with top management to align operations with company goals
- Collaborate with several teams, including the marketing team, to support promotional activities and product launching.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage supply chain activities to assure product availability and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate floor plans, displays, and product placements to match marketing goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management within the retail industry, preferably in the retail furniture sector.
- Make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership skills and organizational skills
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem- solving abilities and proactive approach to process improvement.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics management.
