We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our water sports activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for water sports, and a proven track record in operational management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role, preferably in the water sports or tourism industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a team.
• Knowledge of water sports activities and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
